Hello fellow webmasters!
My agency is researching various strategies to convert our website’s 2010 state template to the latest version. I’m looking to connect with other state webmasters who did similar work. I have some general project and level of effort questions to help me with research and planning. Please let me know if any of you have:
- Contracted with an outside company to upgrade your website template?
- Converted the 2010 state template to a responsive design template using HTML and CSS plain text files written using a web/text editor (versus a web content management system)?
